slow up hills

I was having a problem with my bike. It was gutless up hills did 15mph. I changed to some 4.5g rollers a week ago and it seemed to fix it. Now it seems to be getting slower again

 

What cc is it? :/ my 70 has had 50 up the steepest hill where I live, even tho I thought it was going to blow up after 30seconds lol

You done it all properly? Carb, rollers, derestricted the moped? The putting a 70s kit in it

 

I bought it and only thing ive doene is put a new set of 4.5g rollers in. It seemed fine and now a week layer it seems to be slow againnloke at first

 

Have you set everything up properly?
There maybe a local garage near you with a dyno, they normally do runs and whole set ups so its done to perfection

 

I have only stuck rollers in. Cant really afford to take it in shop atm. Im capable of doing stuff to the bike just not sure on diagnosing. When it hits 25mph the revs seem to drop and then occasionally pick up then qhen i get to 35 mph they pick back up again. This is on a flat. Does it sound like cdi unit? Or a jetting issue. Roller weights should be fine. Exhaustbis derestricted and not blowing. Belt seems ok.

Its annoying coz i dont know what has and hasnt been done. Needs to go to bike shop really but just cant afford it. Someone on here must know.
