Slight Problem

    Ive bought an Item of someone on this side wont mention who it is just yet. Payed for the item over 2 weeks ago now. Item Hasnt arrived at all, and he said he sent it through 1st class recorded. He Said he would check the post office see whats happened with it and that was like over a week ago.He Hasnt made any effort to contact me about it since then. So I'm Stuck on what to do :banghead:.


    P.S. Its 30 posts to sell something, not buy something right?

    I'd say 70% of the time it's just a misunderstanding or something but it will be fine.

    On the other hand there is a few scammers about, it's your own risk buying from here.

    no, its 100 posts befor you use any for sale/wanted... we need to work on locking this option out of view to anyone with less...

    you bought somthing (how did you pay?) they sent it recorded? (so ask for a pic of the recipt so you can track it yourself) if its sent recorded then its insured if lost.. more than likely its bullshit and has gone walkies (or your money has anyway)

    dont buy anything from people you dont know any other way than paypal, atleast then you have some comback...

    oh, it also states in the t&c that you shouldent put posts up like this... everything in for sale/wanted is at own risk and as such is no responcibility of anyone on the forum.

    Ask them for there address and get a family member in there household to confirm there genuine. Paypal is easy to steal money from :glare: Receive cash, make a dispute and don't do anything to solve it. Don't send product and tell paypal u sent them. Happened to me loads of times. Paypal don't give a shit as soon as u sign up to them u sign up for them to take money out and they don't abide by bank laws. :lol:.

    Middle man system would be nice, meaning an admin takes HIS time out and members send him the paypal then the seller delivers and the admin sends the cash to the seller. Although you would get people selling bikes or expensive parts and dodgy admins or not enough middle men ect. Just a though that's what we do on another forum. :cool:.
