Hi guys I have a sinnis matrix 2 2013 plate 150cc barrel and piston but it won't fire. I have spark, fuel and 150 psi compression. I have timed the engine correctly by lining up the lines on the camshaft and flywheel making sure the piston is at TDC
I have hit a wall and I'm puzzled as to what it could be. Oh and there is no exhaust so fuel leaks out of the exhaust port. But it should fire without the exhaust shouldn't it? Thank you in advance and all help and advice is much appreciated.

    Too much fuel?
Also try with a totally new plug, could be breaking down under load.
    Should fire with no exhaust.

    Yeah, mixture screw or jets.
Could even be the float sticking and flooding it

Everything seemed in order as far as i can tell. The float valve was functioning properly and so was the float and all jets were clear. When i kick the bike over excessive fuel comes from where the air filter goes. I will put it back on tomorrow. I mean it won't even fire with easy start and I've got a bright blue spark. Will also replace spark plug tomorrow and post results. Thanks for your help guys

Hi guys i found out the exact problem. The inlet and exhaust valves were knackered, i lapped them both twice with both coarse and fine grinding paste but i just could not get them to marry with the valve seat so i replaced the cylinder head (new valves) put it all back together and she fired straight up. Thanks for your help guys its much appreciated
