Silent block install help

Hi guys im trying to install new silent block and its turning out to be a big pain in the ass. I tried making diy press but it dosent want to go in, it tilts to one side or another and dosent want to go in.. Does anyone have some tips or tricks getting it?

Soapy water? WD40?

 

I tired soap but id dosent help.. it seems like the silent block is too big for the hole.. Maybe using hose clamps to compress it or is it bad idea?

 

Grind a leading edge on the silent block to give it a start.
