Im going in for my SIA training tomorrow, feel nervous as hell as i dont know what to expect! but i think it should be fun? Has anyone on here ever done it? or thought about going in for it? Ive been wanting to do something like this for a long time but i got into abit of trouble when i was younger and it wrecked my chances, but now im free to go for it! £250, 4 day course and the licence last for 3 years, seems a con but when you can work for £10 - £14 a hour it all makes sence! wish me luck
il try door work for a while first, see how that goes. theres so many different kinds of trade i could do if i pass. i could manage 3 jobs a week once i get my licence + learn different skills, construction, retail and door work so all is good, money will me great too!probly £1600+ a month depending on what areas i work
you do know its a different licence to practice different types of security work b?, if your doing door work you cant go and do cctv or close protection with out doing a separate licence... im should be getting in to body guarding my self soon, just make sure if you do that kinda shit, you keep in mind its just a job, and dont play hero because its only work at the end of the day , you off the roids now mr :rules:
well the door supervisor one (nvq2) i can do most of the security jobs out there, apart from cctv like you say. il take what i can get i dont plan on being any kind of hero, dont fancy getting myself stabbed/burnt with acid ect, im pretty calm and level headed so it should be good. nah not on the gear anymore. i went on for a few weeks but that stuff was horrible!(Genesis) i do plan on going back on a course at the begining of november though. most of this one wil be tablet for with only 8 weeks on injecting so im happy with that
yep i used clen and test boosters i ended up loosing all my gains anyway because i decided to start running more than lifting. bodys a mess at the minute though from the sudden changes, mid section just looks nasty and my muscle has just gone i look like a 50 year old man :lol:
1000mg a week of test e and dbol 50mg ed for 5 weeks at start. total cycle length about 12-15 weeks. Run hcg throughout the cycle and use nolva n clomid for pct n eat heavy. That will see you gain alot if you train and eat heavy. Whats your stats right now?
fuck a though, il be happy with 500mg/week and 3Dbol/day. 4 weeks on Dbol then bring the test enth into it for the rest (12 week course) diet will be simple, 10 egg whites 100g chicken 3 ugn muscle fuel drinks potatos 4 tins of tuna should see myself addin on about 2 stone+ from that. dunno what my stats are so far, everything fucked up when i started running and loosing muscle and not eating right with not alot of liftin im 21, 5ft9 and 13.4 stone (when i last weight a month ago) ive been puttin fat on, its gone all around my hips and belly, looks mingin! probly the worst shape ive ever been at if im honest
ok minimum 750mg a week test. It will kick in after dbol. Dunno how you react to dbol but my body loves the shit so i do 5-6 weeks to kick it off. Do atleast 4 weeks and trust me 50mg ed is the best. Diet is very high in protein probs more than your body needs. Forget all that tuna and have one tin and 2 bowls of rice instead. At 5'9 and that weight that is impressive. If your that weight and 7%bf then thats amazing lol.
il see how this next course goes, if it dosnt work out, i know for next time to take more or less of either. im deffo more than 7%bf lol its either fat or water, but its around my love handles and across my lower abs! im not plannin on doin hard cardio as i will just turn to winny and eph25 heres a quick pic, its embarressin enuff so dont laff, just gives you a idea of how messy im lookin (pic removed) somwthing obviously went wrong for me to loose muscle and gain alot of fat
Looks like your holding alot of water. TBH i would run 6 months GH and 3 months of that just test 500mg. GH is excellent for getting off the fat too
il try whats available. easy saying and knowing what i need, its just findin a honest dealer. tell me about the shoulders!! lol, its hard for them though, i get majour pains with them so they get as good as i can give. i was shruggin 350lbs but now im down to 250lbs on them. my triceps have also gone down alot. its been just over 4 months now, still early days really isnt it
Yeh early days dont expect amazing results really quick lol. For shoulders i would say do: Seated dumbell presses Barbell pressess Lateral raises A rear shoulder excercise Sometimes start with lateral raises. Also do heavy barbell shrugs and dumbell shrugs.
^^^why do two variations of the same exercise?...... you will never lift as intensely on the second exercise :this: he would be better of doing upwards rows and a shurg of choice over two types of shug, and arni press or front raise over two types of very similar shoulder press and.... why encourage him to use drugs dawg... he's only 21, i don't get why people use at all, if your not competing then why do you need the edge? im a year older then you.... a inch taller.... and 14+ stone (can push 15 if i want to spend my entire wage on food :lol: ) and have never taken any thing..... are you a hard gainer bro? pm the pic, i was online when you had it up

Your not meant to be pushing your muscles to the max every set and exercise. Doing two shoulder presses works wonders for me so its what I advise. Also two shrug exercises with dumbell and barbell. You should never do upright rows. It's an unnatural movement like behind the neck presses and lat pull downs. No pro lifter will advise doing them. Ok I'm not telling him to use gear either. I'm advising him what he should take. He already said he has done it and plans to do it again. And so what if he does take it? He might want to push his body to the max and as long as he doesn't abuse it. He should be fine. I'm 19 108kg and 6'5. Plan to compete in the stars of tomorrow under 21's next year and plan to be 105kg with 4% bodyfat. That's why I take gear and dedicate myself to eating, sleeping and training.
last time i looked steroids were illegal in 90% of cases, as such your not allowed to talk about them on here.. same wiht smoke/powder/any of that shit.. ether way i dont mind going gym, but obcessing over it even ebfor the pooint of taking drugs really does seem silly to me. theres nothing fit about being overly clutterd with muscle.. no real reason for it (well, other than insecurity and boredom...)
