my aerox 100 has stopped running again , it recently had a minor heat seie when the oil tank pipe fell of and had to replace the piston, now its hust randomly stoped working , it runs fine then will randomly cut out , it will strat again but hours later , any ideas people , ive been trying to get this bike workin for ages now and its doin my nut , cheers
erm wen it starts does it start reving it self? becoz it happened to myn gasket was fitted worng by me :emb:
i think you score the top end when it heat sized because this happen to my bike before. when you start it it works then cuts out does the kick start get stuck? whip the head off and have a look
the barrel is scored but low down and only very lightly do you think that this mite b the cause of the problem ?, the kick starts fine cheers
