Shall i derestrict????

hi everyone i just wanna know your opinion on me derestricting my scooter as im 16. also a dealer will do it for me with warranty intact so ye its tempting.

dunno jus bit concerned about police stoppin me

 

some roads you have to go 40 and some national speed limit so 60/70 you dont have to worry about the police on them roads then do you? i think you should do it. standard 50cc mopeds seem dangerously slow.

 

ye ur definatly right everyday i pass a 40 limit zone doing 27 mph lol its dangerous and embarassing

 

soo derestrict it lol, might aswell get a 70 kit and pipe aswell.

I think 30 is dangerous the amount of times my mate has nearlly been killed in a 40 zone by daft people cratch: and i find it funny how most 30mph people get dangerous lol! derestrict it, service it, 100miles later pipe, rollers and upjet ;-)

 

thanks for the advice guys it is now de-restricted and i piss myself over how fast it is compared to when it was restricted.

Nah thats a bit too extreme id say let the engine run with the higher revs, THEN! think about a nice shiney pipe and the doobreys that go with the pipe and when you eventually get bored, 70 kit :good:
