ok so i have found out that the person i got my NRG off has not set up the bike for all the performance parts he fitted on it.

It has a 70 kit, malossi 19mm carb and reeds and a doppler pipe.

At the min its only revving to about 6000rpm on full throttle so on any hill im only getting 20-25mph :(

Ive ordered rollers, jets and clutch springs from scooter attack and they should get here start of next week.

Im completely new to tuning so correct me if im wrong but i think i need to lighten up my rollers and up-jet?

Im not sure what hardness of clutch springs to install and would appreciate any advice you could give for when i try and set this up.

    Thanks, Lukash

what 70 kit is it ?

    if sport.

i would say start around 75 for main jet

    and about 5g for rollers.

and clutch springs anything stronger than stock are better.

clutch is personaly preffereance really everyone likes it different..

so stick around a 75 in and 5g rollers and have a read of minors guides and should be able to sort it :D

Hey, have started tuning the bike now. Am just wondering what RPM i should be aiming for at full throttle?

Atm is about 7500 which is def an improvement

should be higher than that, if the guy didnt set it up then i dont think he would have derestricted the exhaust.

whipe it off and check it, if you dont know what to look for then post a pic and i can let uno

seconded.. whip the pipe off and check the manifold end aswell as strip back the can

then throw some seriously lighter rollers in it.. 7k is bearly into the powerband of ANY kit. needs to be sitting around the 10k mark at full throtle but not completly poppy/revving its tits off..

Yeah the pipe is definately de-restricted.

Ive got 5g rollers in atm. You think 4g would do the trick?

Got a new air-filter on the way too
