setting up my carb

i have a piaggio zip with a tecnigas exhaust and polini high flow air filter, just wondered if ne knows wat the best jet to use wud be and any advice or setting the mixture screws?

 

what sized jet is standard
you advised to upjet
5%-exhaust
10%-carb
10%-big bore
15%-air filter if im not mistaken

well it had a 56 standard but it also had a copper plate restricting the air intake on the carb so i took it out and i got an 80 jet in it and had a fiddle got it running ok it dont bog down but its not as quick as it was at 1 point and checked the spark plug and its running a bit rich was thinking or dropping the needle

 

is it a 50? 80 sounds a bit big
