i got a gilera ice and its de-restricted and got a tt pipe onit.

I have got polini speed control kit- variator, belt, torque spring and rollers.

and going to be ordering a malossi 70cc kit, what other things will i need to take into account after i have this?

Was thinking about stage6 dual layer- cuz they look lush will i need this or any other recommendations?

i will have to up jet and change the reed petals but will i have to change the carb as it is standard and change the manifolds?

    Thanks in advance...

you can keep same carb and manifold just upjet it.

The 70 kit should come with reeds, i know the polini sport kit does.

if you really want one get one.

but will need upjetting, rollers might need dropping abit and also the risk of getting water in it.

    best to mod the airbox.

dropping the rollers and upjetting will be all systems go as soon as i get it. just want to make sure as i cant afford it to have problems and not run properly. i am not sticking to 30mph!

i know but it makes your engine more reliable i have been tolded and makes it run smoother. this sounds better to me and must do something then a standard air box...

being told alot of bollocks then.

box will work well enough but when you get a 70 kit could mod the box so get the same flow as an open filter.

tbh.. my area of bogging on throttle was down to lack of fuel.. try upjetting by 4/5 sizes for the pipe

    ben.
