    alot of shit
    you are probably gonna want a bigger carb for a 70 kit, i found that a 19 or a 20.5 works a treat with 70cc bikes :D

hear what you're saying with the wana stick to polini business, but that pipe really isnt well suited to the barrel kit and so you wont be making the most power. listen to mick_t, perhaps grab a less revvy pipe, if you are on a budget get a leo vince tt, bit more of a budget get a laser x pro, both work well on that setup and dont demand too many revs to produce good torque, then once you have a pipe look at a 19mm carb or a standard 125 carb.

once you have that basic setup you can look at shoving some decent transmission parts in to get the most of the power.

deffo leave the box on but mod it, the carb comes with instructions if not theres guides around somewhere ;)

as for jetting u cant even remember what sort of jet i was running on the last sport setup i built, people on here have memorised it so they dont have to ask and get told off haha

Well looking at the Barrel and exhaust guide i'd go for the TT if you're on a budget and just derestrict it, and as my setups gonna be the same otherwise, go for a 21mm polini del carb. You'll definitely need to play with roller weights and clutch springs at least but if your tt comes with some just stick the recommended ones in and they should be okay until you can get some more. And don't change filter, trust me they are pants i'm gonna mod my box open filters are bollocks on sports setups.
