securing gilera runner undertray in place

ive just bought a undertray off ebay. however im not sure how to fix it in place. do they just sit in place or will i have to sucure it somehow?

this is the one ive got, planning on modifiying it or making a template out of it at the moment.

ive got the silver version on my fx i used four panel clips and four stainless screws.two either side.one word of warning,make sure its clear of the shocker

 

i had a evo one on my bike didnt need any screws just fitted nice n snug

Mine fit snug although that is a evo one so not too sure.

I was bidding on that aswell lol to use as a mold. What was your maximum bid?

 

my bro got it for me as he knew i wanted one think me put a bid of 20 quid on it. im going to cut the fins off the back of it i think then use as a template and mould a smooth one if that makes sense. then paint either white or red to match colour sceme of ped.

 

Oh right, didn't wanna pay much for it lol.

That's the idea I had but was going to make fibreglass copies
