Hi I have a Suzuki AY50 with a big bore kit..

Once the kit was installed I took it out for a run...
Every now and then it would stall after making a weird noise but start again no problem?

Now, 3000 miles on I've decided to clean and spray all my engine and crank casing because it looks terrible.
The bike was used all through the rough winter, without much love and got in a state. (crashed it twice :( )
It was then put away for 6 months so its back out now.

I took the inlet manifold off and saw the piston in this state..

The performance on the bike was as good as it was when I first installed the kit?

If anyone has any info it would be great :)
    Thanks in advance! :D

That's ok then because I ran it as it was for about 4months then upjetted it so it should be fine now right?

If it's boggy you might have overjetted it. The scoring is from when you were running lean and it suffered heat seizure (weird noise and stalling) if its running then don't worry about it, just check your jetting.

I cannot find the correct jets for it.
I believe the thread on it was 5mm? So I had it re-tapped to 6mm and now its boggy.

I meant the size of the hole in the jet, not the thread size. Your main jet will be marked with the bore of the hole.
if this hole is too small the engine will run lean and overheat, if it is too big it will run rich and perform poorly and bog.

Yeah i know that buddy. I couldn't find any anywhere the same thread so i got a bigger jet with a bigger thread and hid it re-tapped to fit :)
