Scooter won't turn off by key

My scooter won't turn off by the key please help. It's starts fine and when I go to switch it off it won't! I have to pull the lead from the back of the ignition coil. Also the absolute bell end who I bought the scooter off has cut the kill sitch from the side stand! And there is no kill switch on the bit were my clocks are :-(( don't know what to look for please help

 

Sorted it mate, new cdi and ignition coil done the job thanks

 

Piaggios do that if the ignition is unplugged
