Scooter tuning shops in moscow

    Hey!, I'll be visiting Moscow on the occasion of the new year, and rumor has it that there are a lot of scooter tuning shops there, does anyone know of anything specific, thanks! :drool:

    Also I'm thinking of buying a helmet and a jacket maybe, are there any good equipment stores there?
