Have a few scrapes down the side of a Gilera Runner ST125.

Are these panels painted from the factory or is it coloured plastic?

Wondering if I need to use a plastic primer first before the primer/ base coat or jsut rub down and hit with the 2 pack base coat ?

 

Rub down / fill / rubdown - wipe with lint free then shoot a plastic primer then your base. thats going to give the very best adhesion .
cheap mans way , rub down / fill / rubdown - wipe with cloth then shoot an acrylic base and a cheap 1k clear

well I bought the plastic primer..£18 for on elite, ..and got 2k primer, base coat and clear.

Was not sure if the plastic primer would react if it was applied over a painted finish
