Scooter Mudflaps.....The Law ?

    Anyone know the law regarding mudflaps......just added one to the now much altered Aprillia Mojito, and then decided it looks better without it.....just wondering if it would pass an MOT without one.......

    The law doesn't apply in this case. The reason being that the amount of spray off your tyres does not impede the vision of any motorist behind you.
    However, looking at your bike, you might get a lot of spray up your back..........

    Thanks Steve.......so it's not an MOT requirement to have one ?......this is it with one in situ.....

    Yeah. You will get skid marks on your back...
    Refer to my chopper.... I get brown back on dry days...
