Scooter making unusual noises

Morning everyone

Noticed over the last few weeks my scooter has been making unusual noises from beneath the steering column and front wheel

The best way to describe it is it sounds like two pieces of Lego banging together or rubbing against each other. It's less noticeable at speed but at low speeds on 30 roads I hear it more

Any thoughts and ideas. The bike is only 3 months old and it's a sym Fiddle iii.

It goes in for service next week

 

brake pads?
Just for safety take some spanners and check nuts and bolts in the front wheel area.
Get someone to put some weight on the back to get the front wheel off the ground and spin it and generally shake the steering to see if you can find anything loose.
Apart from that report it when you take it in.

 

Gilburton I was gonna say the same thing! Check all nuts, bolts etc. I had a similar noise last few days and just tightened everything and its away!
