scooter looses speed and aceleration

ive got a peugot ludix blaster 50cc 56 reg and everyday after running for a about ten mins the bike will suddenly loose speed and acceleration down to about 30 and wont accelerate. ill pull over and it wont rev into very high rpm's and will pull of slow.
Do you know what i need to change and what is wrong with it.

Seen this on a speedfight, and it turned out to be all of these, not saying which one caused it, but this is what was wrong with it, Bent Needle, Crank bearings on one side shagged, barrel and piston shagged, and yeh heat siezed pretty much

 

im definetly sure its non of that it shud be the jetting.

 

i had the same thing a while back, and a lad with a speedfight on here also had it,

try setting your air/fuel screw properly, usually 1-2 turns out, (1.5 if you want it roughly set right) simple fix if its the problem, if not wel probably what ross is saying..

given carb a clean out lately?

i think the reason for mine doing it was at cold temperature it was rich of petrol, and was great when cold (abit like the choke on when starting) but when warm was running too rich and causing bog at takeoff.

also rollers were sticking out on variator, giving poor acceleration too, worth a check.

 

sorry to hijack thread, but is it possible to bend the needle in carb without even takin it apart

and what effect would it have if it was
