Scooter attack help help help!!!!

Hi i placed a order with scooter shack and i thort evrything was fine on my order status its says all aproved and items paked and awaiting shipping but i then received a email erlier today say that thr was a problem wiv my card and they cusnt charge it and try again so they can the order thr on about on the emIl dosnt match up to the order on my tracking on there site and i emailed them this but they sed its the same order am i being scammed here or it is legit email and my paypameng hasnt worked the email adres i recived the messages from was from Kalli@scooter-attack.com

 

I've just had a quick search and the email is showing up being posted around and it looks official enough, unfortunately I've not used them before so I can't personally comment. Best thing to do would be to call them when they're next open and see if you can speak to one of their staff, things are always easier when you're dealing with someone direct.

 

Hi thanks very much for your reply I think I sorted it now I made another order and paid by paypal this time so if anything goes wrong I'm am coverd I think and the 1st order no money was taken from my bank account well not yet anyway but I think all is ok cheers again
