Hi as we have a 2004 Sym Joyride we`ve got a funny sized front wheel 110/80/12.

    ( rears 130/70/12 )

I`m pretty sure the only tyres that will fit are a Maxxis 6029 or a sava MC16 .

Prefer matched tyres if possible so anyone got any experiance of these, it still has the origional maxxis ones on so not pushing it for now.

I`m guessing neither of these will be great in the wet and rural and greasy here when damp.

Another option might be a 110/70/12 ( OK ? ) on the front more options and easy to match that at the rear.

I have a feeling a front 110/90/12 won`t sneak in to a joyride, anyone know, or is there a low profile one may sneak in.

Anyway really appreciate any and all advice and experiance of Sava, or Maxxis and better suggestions.

    Many Thanks Mark.

I think you kind of answered your own questions. It does seem like they are the only tyres available for you and they aren't that good.

I wouldn't advise going down on the profile though. A smaller front tyre would cause some odd handling problems! Might be worth thinking about a slightly larger width but with that you will also get hight as the profile is done on a percentage.

Sadly I used to have a link for a clever calculator that would show you the tyre size overlaid over another tyre size so you could compare the two but I cannot find it!
