ive seen that weedsmoker somewhere else on an auction

i once cancelled a bid of £1000 for my psp I sold a few months ago, lucky I noticed her feedback before the auction ended

its easy enough, you need to give a brief statement also as to why your cancelling e.g. bidder has bad feedback

its your acution, in my eyes, its your rules
