    Could try mole grips ?

Or try cutting into the bolt so it can be turned with a flatheaded screwdriver...if you know what i mean

try an impact driver after they've been soaked overnight with releasing oil. If they then snap they'll need drilling out. If you have access to some heat, try warming the surrounding casing before trying to move them. The heat expands the surrounding metal and the shock of the impact driver then breaks the bond between the ali and the steel screw. Once you've got them out, replace the new ones with a smear of copperslip
