    depends what clearance you have, things I do;

    first of all, a decent socket, grips on the flats, the cheaper ones grip the corners, if rounded, sometimes a wall drive socket will shift it,

    a under size socket tapped on, maybe not a size down metric but a A/F or whitworth socket

    mini stilsons/mini mole grips,

    I use a dremel with a diamond cutting wheel, cut a slot, then with a chisel and hammer tap it round, until it can be undone with screwdriver. Guess you could get a slot with bit of hack saw blade.

    what ever you choose a bit of penetrating oil left for a while, then a bit of heat helps matters.

    your lucky you have bolts, someone previously bodged a ikea allen key in the exhaust, took me nearly a whole day of banging and tapping it round to get it out
