For those who helped earlier and for anyone else whos interested ive sat down for 2 hours trying to get the rust off of my exahust pipe however its discoloured. Sanded it down and made it smooth again but gonna get some VHT Black paint from halfords and spray it. Will look better tbh. Unless you care for your exahust from the day you buy it by spraying wd40 on it every day, it will most likely rust as ive learnt. Ive learnt my lesson and in the future will take care of pipes.
