running ported 172 kit on standard cases

As said above to curious if you can run a ported malossi 172 kit on standard cases? thanks

 

Yes you can but you won't get the best results out of the barrel !

 

Thanks for the reply. Would it still.give more gains then a standard 172 barrel? I understand it won't work to it's full potential but if it gives out more power then a standard barrel?

 

It sure will work better, matching the cases to the barrel is very easy compared to porting the barrel. Get yourself a dremel type tool and ally grinding bits and off you go !
