(before i start i know this is probably a comonly asked question but i could find it using the search bar).. right ive order my panini iron kit from pm tuning this afternoon and i want to make it super reliable the bike will be completly standard apart from the 70s kit - right how do i run it in correctly i have an aerox which has mph on the dials not rpm so whats the best thing to do.... how far at how fast and is it best to use light or heavy rollers when running in , oh and one more question - upjet before or after its run in cheers , tom

after fitting it leaving it ticking over for about half an hour , then go out for a ride not going over 30 but just giving it a bit of extra throttle everynow and then do that for about 100 miles and your sorted , i dont even do that and iv never had a problem with a new kit

set the rollers and jetting normally , so lighter rollers and upjettin

    hope that helps ;)

Run the mixture like it should be, as there will be extra 2 stroke smeared on the barel and piston

up jet by 5% of whats in there now , the size of the jet is written on the bottom of them , so just whip your flaot bowl off and have a look
