I bought a standard 125 cylinder kit for my 2T typh 125. I use to know this years ago lol, but can someone refresh my memory on the requirements to run a new kit in.

    300 miles at 30mph, 100 miles at 35-40mph.
No harsh acceleration, keep the revs low if you can.
Add a little oil to the fuel as well to aid the process.
Will smoke a bit more than usual, but they don't call 'em 2smokes for nothing.

I have heard many mixed opinions on this. Thanks for reply, would I experience any issues slighty increasing power after the first 100 miles or so? I remember being told short bursts of the throttle every now and then but i think that was for a 70cc kit.

    It's a 2 stroke.
We all know how easy it is to kill a new piston and barrel if you don't do things right.
Best to be cautious rather than try and rush it.
