havent been on here in a while but my lil bros got a runner sp 50 it wont start... got spark, got fuel, cleaned the carb, checked the reeds, checked compression and its all good , checked the wiring to the auto choke and thats all good too i am a mechanic but this has just frazzled my brain and i seriously cant think of anything else this can be .... cheers for the help ben.
New plug ? even if a spark is pressent sometimes a old spark plug will not give a sufficient spark under compression, i presume you checked the compression with a gauge and not the old finger crap? Is the plug wet ?
yes it it has spark it doesnt mean it is good for it to start...try starting it with start spray haha and change tha spark
Got a new plug in it , and compression gauge is reading 150 psi around 6 bar Any more sugestions ? Cheers ben.
