runner sp 50 new shape help

Hi i have a runner sp 50 new shape it starts but revs to 11 tho on stand and 5 to 6 tho off the stand but dont move off i got a standed 50 kit 17.5 mil carb 105 jet and my temp gage is flashing all the time

 

Need help plzz wen i use elc start i move the thotle it kills the battry

 

105 main jet is WAAAAAY too big. Drop it to a 68 and start from there.
As for not moving, worn belt/wrong belt/clutch springs/torsion spring/clutch slippers/clutch bell...................the list is endless i'm afraid.
I would start at the front (variator), correct weight new rollers, new correct belt, standard clutch and springs and work from there.
We'll work on the temp gauge later; as long as there is coolant in it and the pump is working it should be fine for sorting the other stuff out first.

 

Got it to run jet was too big and rollers to heavy but it takes off like a power band at 7 tho and i dont no if its got a gear up kit or not

 

My last ped did 62 standed with sports pipe

 

I got it running just temp flash all the time swap temp switch and still same if i line test it power on wire off switch but no power wen on switch and its like power till 7 tho and then it revs like its got a power band
