runner fx125 throttle cable

    ive bought a runner fx 125 and i have finally got it running but the throttle cable is slack can anyone tell me if and how i can tighten it or do i need to buy a new one

    there is an adjuster identical the the oil adjuster but its on the top of the carb where it goes into thr carb, just scre the adjuster out until you loosee the slack

    theres also the handlebar side adjuster if that doesnt work

    thanks ive got the cable sorted now but i have now been banned from riding it anymore till april by my dad

    however when i was out riding tonight when i full throttled it overtaking a car the oil light came on but i had just filled it up but when i let off the light went out.

    can anyone tell me how to solve this problem now please

    ether the wiring on the oil tank sender, thas the plug in the oil tank (usually the lights flicker if its this) or the sender is on its way out/busted

    the oil light stays on when your batterys dead or if you havent got one

    thanks monty i think you have just solved my problem some times the electric start works and others it dont so it looks like i need a new battery
