Runner 50 dies after 1min of full gas

I have a runner 50 on a piaggio fastrider frame. The bike starts fine I let it warm up and then I give it full gas and I ride for 50meters and the bike bogs and goes idle for 30sec and then just dies. Its like after 1min it doesent get gas anymore. After it doesnt start and I leave it for 5min. And then it starts fine and dies all over again. I already changed the fuel pump and cleaned the carbourator and jets. Any ideas?
