runner 180 need help! faulty speedo

    ive just fitted a nu speedo cable 2 my bike, and the speedo still doesnt work. when i spin the cable with my hand i still get zero reaction from the clocks. not even a little jerk from the needle? anyone any ideas or is it, to put it bluntly, fucked?

    maybe try riding it when it fitted as my dont move when i spin the front wheel and is it connected to the clocks probaly

    it needs to spin faster than what u can do with your hand

    unless you wank 70 times a day



    just take it for a ride

    the worst it can get to is a new speedo drive and speedo cable

    maybe a new clock

    or to save wasting time just take the wheel side of the cable off, attach it to a drill n use that? lol

    id already tried riding it, just wanted 2 check if it was the drive, thats y i tried the spinning bit. drill idea sounds like a plan gna try that in a sec. too fukin cold tho

    tried the drill, clocks have had there day i think. shame coz i like those clocks. anyone got 125/180 sp clocks?

    oops blonde moment, had the drill in forwards, ment to be backwards, speedo drive seems fukd tho so looks like its a nu one. cheers for evry1s help
