1 of the 4 fuses that are under the front panel keeps breaking and when it breaks the indicator, horn and rear light stop working. The headlights are ok. What could be the problem? When i put a stronger fuse in the fuse that is next to ne battery broke.

Sounds like the circuit is shorting. Have you got a circuit tester?

I'm betting that you've had the handlebar panel off recently and when you've put it back on you have put the screw through the wiring at the indicator or headlight high/low switch.
NEVER PUT HIGHER RATED FUSES IN THAN SHOULD BE THERE.
YOU WILL BURN OUT THE LOOM OR OTHER COMPONENTS BEFORE IT BLOWS!!!!!!!

Yes i had the panel off when i put the vxr forks on my bike. Sometimes when i change the fuse it will be okay for 1 or 2 days but sometimes it will break after turning on the bike.

I checked the wires under the handlebar panel and they are ok.

Check the wiring to the rear light unit, water can get in and short the loom out.
