Hi, I was out on my bike tonight and was doing about 60mph and the bike died. I tried to start it again and it clicked as if the piston was stuck....i tried a couple more times and it started turning over again but don't sound too healthy...it sounds like its scraping up and down the bore. I am going to take it apart tomorrow and have a look. If anyone can help what may of happened it will be much appreciated
Hi. I took the engine out the bike today and slit the crack casing. There is slight scoring in the crack casing where the Conrod has scrapped. I'm no expert but that carnt be normal? I'm having problems getting the crack out of the casing the flywheel side is there any special way of doing this? Thanks
