I am looking at different inlets for my TZR125 engine.
As its fitted into my Pit Bike. The carb has to be forward facing, And of course, as upright as possible really.

I've got a custom made inlet at the moment. But I think I am loosing alot of power due to the length of the inlet manifold.

Now does anybody know the inlet diameter of the Gilera Runner 125 rubber inlet?
Would it be big enough to get a Delorto PHSH28 carb in?

yes but it would be one hell of a stretch, also the internal would be WAY smaller than the one your using..

take an old inlet that fits the engine, strip all the rubber off the top, figure a pipe size/angle that needs to be attached, weld it up (or have another made from scratch) then join the carb wiht a rubber pipe and 2 jubilee clips.. dont even think about using a piaggio inlet on the engine, there WAY undersized
