Hey guys, basically I'm after some Runner 125 forks as the ones on my 99' Runner are slightly bent. It's still ridable but it feels horrible - how much should I be expecting to pay? Not a lot of breakers seem to have them in & cheapest ones on eBay were £100 last time I looked!

    Cheers, Matt.

If the forks have bent you can almost guarrentee the frame is bent too. Take a look at the frame before buying new forks, it might be saveable.

Hi mate, yeah that's what I thought however they're only ever so slightly bent I think it's had a bit of a knock somehow I don't think it was anything major.

I'm meeting a guy tomorrow who has some forks but he's admitted that he bought them & hasn't tested them however they look all well - I'm guessing I'd be best of just buying some that have been tested or come straight from a good bike?

    Cheers.

Brand new set of forks would be best if you've got a couple hundred quid going spare, would ride really nice and last for years. Or you could always get an old set of forks and send them to someone to be reconditioned.
