RS50 Revs dying out at 55mph

    My aprlia RS50's revs die out when i reach 55mph on full throttle my friends think this may be the CDI unit... if you guys have any ideas reply asap!!!!

    Try tweaking your idle mixture? could be a carb related problem? does it bog out? what jet are you running?

    oh ye, idle mix will affect full throttle wont it?

    NO, just NO. mainjet if anything


    but id say its past good, needs new rings.. if it ever pulled wel (dont laugh, i know its an rs 50) if its allways been like this then id be looking at cdi/gearing. in all honesty it sounds like rings are on there way out
