RS50 Import?

    yeah i'm guessing if you can afford the fees to ship it over and change the legal docs i don't see why it cant be.

    Because the only Aprilia scooter that I can get here is the SR50. I like it, but I like the 17'' rims and sport look of the RS.

    yea, u can get them shipped over, but u sure it how pass the emmisions there?
    rs50s are so rare in america its unreal! :msn1:

    I am Vikter on aprilia forum. I could give 2 shits about the emissions tests. They can only sell them EPA passed, they cant stop anyone from modding them, or importing them to polute!LOL

    that's the attitude, personally i wouldn't attempt it because the RS50 is a high maintainance bike, what with shipping costs for parts and long delivery times, your RS would spend most of its life under a sheet awaiting new parts. i beleive there are a few Derbi GPRs in the US though.

    Actually there are quite a few RS50's in the US, more than you think because they were sold there until a few years ago, can get spare parts from Aprilia AF1 aswell.
