Royal Mail 'Lost / Missing package‏' Email.

Just warning and letting everyone know, that if they have received an email from Royal Mail (probably in spam folder) called 'ATTN: Lost / Missing package‏'. It is a virus, so do not open it! It's a legit looking email for those who may be unaware but it is not them. Royal mail have confirmed this

Nailed that one last month. You only have to look alongside the Royal Mail Group to see its crap.
There is actually loads of these going round at the moment, its because people are using their cards for xmas shopping on the net more, and are expecting stuff in the post.
DHL, FEDEX, TNT, are also viruses.
Had a couple from Amazon.

 

Due to the fact I run the website, I get loads via email to the admin mailbox

I have one today about a refund to my O2 account....shame i'm not with O2. Had them from Barclaycard, Natwest, TSB and paypal in the last few weeks plus courier services from several sources. After a while you become a bit immune to them and they get deleted as a matter of course....probably some may have been genuine but if its important they'll write out in the post. One way of telling is by checking which email account they've been sent to... theres a certain account I have that I never use my main emails for. if signing up for anything I always use my hotmail account till I trust the site where its going

 

Oh yeah, the Barclays and Natwest ones. Forgot about those. I've had tens of thousands of pounds transferred to my accounts from those. Apparently.
Now...............where did i put THOSE account numbers then........................
