The bike in question is a 2002 NRG MC3 A/C which I have just bought, while it seems ok a few things seem to bother me first off it seems to struggle going over 7000 revs with the throttle fully open second it is a bit rough on lower revs almost like its missing, and third when going up a steep hill when I get to the top it cuts out (but will start a minute later),I also noticed that the exhaust where the fumes come out was coating the chrome part of the exhaust with oil is this normal?
The exhaust is a Hebo performer
the 70cc kit is made by Tornari moto this was fitted about 150 miles ago
    Filter is Malossi Air filter
The carb had been overhauled and upjetted "to what I don't know"
The chap who I bought it off said there was 6.5g rollers in it as they suited this set up but I thought they would be to heavy reading some of the other posts,I just needed to know approximate carb jet settings and the same with the rollers to see if what I have is close while I wait for my Haynes Manual
    Many Thanks NRG2002

Worked out was cutting out up a steep hill, even though the fuel gauge showed 1/4 of a tank it wasn't enough to keep a constant flow, put 2 litres in it and worked fine did a bit of running around tried the hill again which it went up fine with the two litres in and same problem cuts out so at least one problem solved inaccurate fuel gauge now for the rest

You'll need to check the plug colour to see if it's running rich or not.

Will check this weekend as the bike is in storage with this wet weather but last time I looked I thought it was a bit dark but will give it a bit of a run and check again
