My aprilia sr50 pulls away alright and accelerates fine to about 20mph then the revs drop untill 30mph, after that it pulls to about 55 and if there is any wind will not go any faster than this..
im being beaten by a stock 50cc aprilia and i have:
    Doppler s7r 70cc kit
    stage 6 primary gear up
    polini carbon reeds
    doppler air filter
    polini 9 roller variator
    polini kevlar belt
    pm tuning clutch

it seems to be bogging alot, im not sure whether my main jet is too large or iv just got too heavy/worn out rollers?  if anyone could point me in the right direction would be much apreciated :)

Your jet seem's to be about right. I'd be looking to lower the roller weight, it's the equivalent of using 6g in a normal vari which is most likely too heavy.

3gr would equal 4.5gr on a normal vari, that's about right for your setup.
