rollers and jets

    around what roller weights sould i get for the following setup on my nrg and what jet should i start of 100? then work down? 0
    Malossi crank
    Malossi mhr rep bore l/c
    Malossi mhr rep staight inlet
    Malossi rollers
    Malossi clutch springs
    Malossi torsion control
    Malossi primary gear up
    Polini evolution reedblock
    Polini high flow filter
    Polini speed control variator
    Polini speed torque drive
    Polini speed clutch bell
    Polini blue contra spring
    Polini Kevlar belt
    Hebo performer exhaust
    Delorto 21mm pmbg carb black edition
    Athena unlimted cdi
    any help would be brilliant.

    needle top or second from top, idle mix out 1-3/4 turns with an 88 ish jet should be fine ;) looking around 4.9g-5.3 on the rollers depending on how well the pipe works with the barrel...

    right the bike is now together (bare frame no panels) and running putt a 88 jet in like u said minor and it only starts with a bit of throtle but doesnt keep running unless i rev it chokes on ive adjusted the idel mix to what you said but does the same could this me because the carb was on a honda x8r

    wind the idle speed in a little and wind the mix out.. what i described were ROUGH figures to get you started.. keep fiddeling and read the guide on the main page

    done that and it starts ok now will have to wait to see what it drives like and would it be better to run stock clutch springs instead of my yellow malossi ones so i dont have to rev it alot
