Well I recently purchased a tecnigas exhaust( which is de restricted), so I purcased a set of mixxing rollers as the pipe didnt come with any, so I found out that I needed 3.5g so I rode with the mixxing rollers as long as possible before they got flat spots on them, so the other day I purchased a set of MALOSSI 3.7g as they didnt have 3.5 so I put them in last nightand went for a little 5mile spin if that just to make sure they were ok which they were, now Iv gone out this morning and the bike is acting as if they have already got flat spots on them ie, going through all the gear to quickly and ending up at 30 mph where as yesterday it went from 0 to top speed with no problems and the same acceleration power right through the range.

so basicly what im saying is, whats happened? surely they cant be flat already with only having 5 miles if that use out of them?

any info or advice would be much apreciated
    ;)

i think the rollers being the wrong weight is the issue here , whip them out and check for faltspots if not mix the 3.7's with the standard 5.5's to give a weight of 4.6 and see how that runs , alternate them though so it goes 3.7 , 5.5 , 3.7 , 5.5 , 3.7 , 5.5 otherwise youll bend your crank

EDIT : roller changes when fitting a technigas should be tiny if anything as they do fuck all for performance, i didnt change the rollers when i fitted a technigas on my aerox 100 and it ran fine :pimp:

I see where your coming from, but its already going through all the gears too quickly ending up in top gear hitting a super speedy 30 mph max, so surely going even heavier will make it worse, dont get me wrong I will go and try what youv suggested, I just cant get over/ understand why it was working fantastic yesterday going from 0-55 with no problems but now beeing gay :wtf:

dont think its the exhaust as It was working fine before

also you only notice the problem once it has been running for a while and is warm

i think the jet would have a big thing to do with it cus it affects top speed only. soo ..... they recoment upgrading 5 sizes from standard when fitting a de restricted exhaust
