Roller weight

    Just put my polini variator on yesterday and my top speed has decreased, my acceleration is better but im only getting about 40 45 if lucky. I have a yasuni pipe 70 jet and 5.5 g malossi rollers just to let u no. Do i need to go higher and if so what ones should i get ? thanks

    try 6g rollers and how thick is your belt

    erm its the standard 1 mate, average tbh its more thick than it is long lol

    i would try heavier rollers ,,does it rev as high as before

    nah its like ive lost power once i get past 10 15 mph

    what do the revs do

    stay the same or
    drop


    if they drop then its sounds like eitheir a fueling problem or mechincal if they stay the same then i would ...start it take the tranny case off and get sum1 to ride next to you and see what the variator does and how high the belt rises ...if it does not go almost all the way to the top then your vario is not fully engaging if it is then it is your rollers ...also did you put the sliders on the right way round

    When you say lost power, do you mean its not picking up and revving?

    its accelerating quickly to 15 mph thhen it just stays the same and slowly gets too 40 then it sloly trys to get to 45 and FIDDY ROX its just staying the same
