some of you might remember me asking for help about the speed dip i have from 20-30 mph. all i want to know is, is 5.5g too heavy or too light. yesterday i was going up quite a big hill at 40 and it died right down to 20 mph. and i couldnt get past 25 ish till i got to the top and it flattened out. i have a feeling the rollers are a bit heavy because when it changes gear (around 25mph mark) the revs die down a bit and pick up at 30 again.

They seem too heavy... Also have you changed the clutch springs?

my bikes like standard except derestrict

my standard weight is 6.5, ive got 4.5s in and its fine, smooth accel, theyre a bit too light maybe as sometimes doesnt quite get into top gear...

trust me standards are far to heavy

i whipped the exhaust off today to paint it
and when i tipped it upside down i heard a rattling noise
there was a piece of metal in the pipe which had came off from the inside. but now my bike is going fine so the piece of metal must have been restrciting air flow or something. but top end speed is the same . just 20-30 is loads better
