got a speedfight 2 (i no you all hate them, im starting too aswell)
de restricted, malossi variator, gianelli reverse, malossi air sponge (standard air box).

baiscally fitted all the parts and now, starts fine, revs fine, but it doesnt fucking move anywhere (only on full throttle extremly slowly).

looked through alot of posts about similar incidents but most were solved from rollers being put in wrong ect. but i no it is not this as i have taken the variator apart and checked them about 3 times now. also wont be the clutch as it was fine before i put on all the parts and i havnt fiddled with it at all.

if anyone has any ideas i would be very gratefull
    thanks very much

    rollers are too heavy.

all revs and no movement = rollers too light
no rpm and slow= rollers too heavy

    find the happy medium

thanks very much ill try it tonight

also is there any chance it could also be that the belts too tight - even though it is a belt which deifnatly fits my bike, it seems really tight.

i have malossi vari but stock clutch?

you fitted the belt wrong, open up the the rear pulley completely, alot of people just pull it open wich doesnt really work, i tend to pull and twist it to open fully then drop belt in, make sure theres enough slack in the belt when you tighten the front pulley half.
