Up until recently my bike was running ok and i havent changed anything. Right now it starts and as it warms up it over revs to the point the back wheel turns, when stationary at lights u can feel the bike easing forward. When i turn the idle speed down (even by the smallest amount) it idles as if its about to cut out, only just ticking over by the sound of it. I have tried lots of things different auto choke, different jet, cleaned carb air filter checked for air leaks still not solved problem. Any ideas? I have tried 105, 108, and 110 jet and the problem remains? Oh and the rev cable is not caught anywhere it is free.
Is it idling smoothly - ie revs don't go up and down randomly? I have had a similar problem with a VX125 which turned out to be a simple air leak?
It idles smoothly at times, sometimes i pull up at lights and it idles normal, other times it over revs, tried turning it down and even the smallest amount makes it sound as if its going to cut out, where abouts was the air leak?
