rev limiter?...

    sorry pathetic question
    i HAVE SEARCHED before someone says
    what are those things called that you attach to the electrics of your bike
    to electronically restrict your bike ? like it controls the revs so u can control your speed
    want one incase another fukin police officer decides to take my bike for a "spin"
