Reserve tank on gilera runner no filling

Fix one thing and something else breaks
My reserve tank only fills when bike is barely ticking over replaced pump it's sending it to the carb but not from main to little tank
All advice appreciated

 

Isn’t there another pump under the left foot panel ?

 

I have changed tht 1 and its no different its done this since I changed stator and had all carb and filter of it I don't get it it fills when am starting then stops when it's running then starts filling again when bike is barely ticking over

 

Just checked main pipe from below inlet to pump and has a split in it so hopefully this is the problem
